Kody Hartlaub has a B.A. in Psychology, with over five years’ experience working with youth, from ages 5 to 21 who have had struggles with mental performance in various situations; ranging from ADHD to PTSD to gang affiliations. Kody is also credentialed in education and is a Certified Personal Trainer, Virtual Coaching Specialist, and Certified Nutrition Coach through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Kody is also a Level II Certified Speed and Explosion Specialist through the National Association of Speed and Explosion. Kody has completed training from some of the top mental performance coaches such as Tim Grover, Ben Newman, and Andy Frisella. Kody is currently enrolled in PennWest University pursuing his master’s degree in Exercise Science and Sports Psychology.
